I am invit­ing you as one of the co-researchers in a study on LIFE WITH EASE (NAKAKALUWAG): A HERMENEUTIC-PHENOMENOLOGICAL STUDY TOWARDS A PEDAGOGY FOR SUSTAINABLE LIVING. Along with this study are the 3 stages of infor­ma­tion gath­er­ing, namely: (1) Jour­nal Writ­ing, (2) Nar­ra­tion and (3) Interview.

I will ask you some ques­tions about nakakaluwag as a Fil­ipino value that envi­sions a sus­tain­able future. You may answer the first set of guide ques­tions that I will pro­vide you and give back to me per­son­ally your responses or send or email them at ingles.antonio@gmail.com on or before (please write your pre­ferred date) ___________________. After you have sub­mit­ted your jour­nal entries, we will meet for a nar­ra­tive ses­sion on or before (please write your pre­ferred date) ___________________, for you to freely share your story about your sig­nif­i­cant nakakaluwag lived expe­ri­ences. Finally, in another sep­a­rate ses­sion on or before (please write your pre­ferred date) ___________________ I will ask you about what you have writ­ten and narrated.

The results of this study will apply new insights into con­tin­u­ing edu­ca­tion and research for sus­tain­able liv­ing. The Fil­ipino value nakakaluwag may intro­duce an alter­na­tive ped­a­gog­i­cal frame and pro­pose val­ues re-orientation for sus­tain­able liv­ing. I guar­an­tee that your responses will not be iden­ti­fied with you per­son­ally. They will be uti­lized solely for the pur­pose of aca­d­e­mic study and will not be dis­closed to any other per­son or agency with­out your express con­sent. I promise not to share any infor­ma­tion that iden­ti­fies you with any­one out­side our research group.
